BARA BANGAL   TREK
Bara-Bangal
Bara Bangal is one of most beautiful and remote trek in Himachal Pradesh, passing through the village of Bara Bangal, which is cut off for about 6 months of the year when the passes on the both sides are closed. The village is also connected to the Chamba Valley via the Ravi river, but the path along the river has very steep cliffs, making the route through the high passes preferable. the many pastures and alpine meadows in the region add to the beauty of the trek. In season one would encounter nomadic shepherds with their flocks.
